Idea 1
Eat Small and more meals
This is to control out-of control hunger due too blood sugar plummet.

Eat with your other hand
This is to create distraction by purposely slowing down your eating and make you focus on meal.

Idea 3
Weigh yourself regularly

This is to avoid losing sight of your goal and aways aware on any increase of pounds

Idea 4
Lift your spirits
Depress or stress will cause you eat more. By lifting up your spirits, this can avoid emotional eating

Idea 5
Say cheers and always tell yourself "i have enough"
