Steps to a complete detoxification...


For a complete detoxification, the following steps should be in your mind...


  1. Stay away from junk and fried food
  2. Fill your kitchen with natural food ie. Fruits, vege, oils and nuts
  3. Start exercising
  4. Drink more water, as much as 2-3 litre a day
  5. Do not eat meat and dairy products unless stated in the detox programme
  6. Eat in smaller portion or in every 3 hours
