What should we have in a healthy kitchen?

I have summarized all the healthy ingredients that we should have in our kitchen.


1. Fruits, Vegetables and Legumes
These are all great food. Eat with alot of variety to get balance nutrients and vitamins.
Fruits : apples, appricots, bananas, citrus fruits, mango
vege : beets, celery, onions, potatoes, shallots, sweet potatoes
legumes : green bean and soy beans

2. Nuts & Nut Butters
Almond butter, almonds, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, walnut

3. Soups
bean and vege



4. Fish & poultry
Chicken, clam, crab meat, salmon and tuna

5. Sauces, marinades & spreads
applesauce, hummus, salsa, soy/terriyaki, tomato sauce



6. Grains
brown rice, panko bread crumbs, whole-wheat couscous, whole-wheat flour, whole-wheat pasta, whole-wheat tortilla

7. Oils & vinegar
Balsamic vinegar, canola oil, olive oil, red / white vinegar


8. Herbs & spices
chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme
