When to detox?

This is a question that we always ask. I have done some research and summarize the timing for detoxifixation.

Detox is best done in every few months in order to purify of the harmful subtances from your body, improve your health and reduce the infections less likely happen.

Signs that you might need consider to start a detoxification is as follows : -

  1. Your diet consists of junk food or fried food
  2. You feel tired easily
  3. Your weight fluctuates
  4. You get sick constantly and bad allergies
  5. You are difficult to concentrate
  6. You are staying too near to industrial area and congested commercial area

Questions that you should always ask yourself...

  1. Am i always bloated?
  2. Am i no longer sleep through the night?
  3. Do my eyes and skin look dull and unhealthy compared to earlier?
  4. How often i experience anxiety, mood swings and depression?
  5. Do i have frequent headache?
  6. Do my skin have break out recently?

It is the time for you to have a detox programme if your answers are mostly yes for the above...
